At Walters Fitness L.L.C., my mission is to empower individuals of all ages to achieve their fitness goals through personalized training, expert guidance, and a commitment to overall well-being. With a strong foundation in boxing—both in sparring and amateur competition—I bring a wealth of experience to my coaching, blending technical skill with a passion for fitness and healthy living.

About Us
Outside of the gym, I also work as a science educator, which has helped me develop a patient, inspiring, and motivating approach to training. Whether I’m leading group classes for kids or guiding one-on-one sessions with adults, I make sure every client gets the support, encouragement, and personalized attention they need to succeed. My goal is to build not just physical strength and skill, but also confidence and resilience—qualities that go beyond the gym and positively impact everyday life.
As a NASM Certified Nutritional Fitness Specialist with Caribbean roots, I believe that true fitness goes hand in hand with proper nutrition. I love sharing my expertise on healthy eating, offering guidance on nutritious smoothies and balanced meals to help fuel your body and optimize your training. I firmly believe that boxing is more than just a sport—it’s a transformative discipline that builds resilience, sharpens focus, and fosters personal growth.
